The width is

64 cm wide (still has the selvage along one side)

Condition

Lightly quilted at one time so you will see traces of quilt lines. Small holes along all sides with a larger hole at one corner and two larger holes at one side next to each other. In the main body of the fabric you will see a some very small holes and some thin areas but the majority of the fabric has large areas without damage.

One darker stain in one of the blossom motifs at one side. Colors are good and consistant for the most part although you will see slight variations in the indigo blue due to age and use.

The fabric has been given a long cold water soak to remove dust and dirt and then lightly laundered in cold water using those famous Marseille soaps without bleaching agents.

It is our aim to deliver a clean and pressed product when possible. We take care to preserve the color and integretity of the fabric since many of our fabrics our used for reproduction.
