Vibrant colors and stunning design in this 19th Century French panel. Applied applique work in various silks and silk brocade to create an ornate design of urns, draped ribbon, scrolled leaves down the middle with vines along the sides. Outlined in narrow silk cording. All done on a medium weight red silk sateen. Original inventory at the back.
