Probably dating from the mid 1900's this velvet French theatre costume. Made from a heavy turquoise bllue cotton velvet and garnished with vintage gold metallic trims along the sides. Lined on the inside. Everything is hand stitched.Hand written linen label on the inside of the neck. Possibly the name of the maker or the actors name.

There is no damage to the fabrics and everything intact.
 
You will see a few small light marks and some slight wear on the metallic trims in a few places. Colors of the velvet are good and strong and consistant.
