Dating from the late 1800's this large Ottoman embroidery saved from a what use to be part of a wall hanging. Shape of a large frame. Depicting predominantly scrolled leaves with small florals. Done in a silk and metallic thread. Colors are tangerine, blue, soft pinks, shades of green, mustard and purple. Base is a creme colored silk.

Condition
 
The embroidery work is in very good used conditon with no damage and stable. The silk backing is fragile and can easily be removed without damaging the embroidery work. A time consuming process but doable.
