Vintage hand embroiderd  Myanmar vest. This is such a fun item with a lot of possibilities. Cool item to wear or lots of fabric and embroidery for reuse. Date from 1950 or earlier. The base fabric is indigo dyed blue linen. The front and back all hand embroidered. .  Photos are a good indication of actual color and condition.
