A late 19th century French needlework. Hand done. Wool with silk thread accents. Chair cover depicting a goat to one side with a faun to the other side.  Ring of florals and leaves around the sides.

Even surface soiling due to use. You may want to give the needlework a professional cleaning before use.
 
Some threads loss in florals and leaves and some heavier thread loss in bottom section of florals and leaves.  No holes or damage for the rest and the base is in good strong condition so the needlework could easily be used  for upyholstery projects, soft furnishings or would frame up nicely.
