An early 1900's French embossed wall paper border. Straight edge along the top with a scallop along the bottom. Deep dark terracotta background with a faux leather look. Colors in the designs are shades of green, light terrracotta, a bit of red and gold tones.  Raised motifs of wreath of scrolled leaves and leafy branches with a basket center holdings fruit and flowers. A st of tassels at each side of the center motif. 
 
One full repeat. 
 
It appears that the paint on the wall paper has been applied in layers.

Condition
 
Good unused condition. Some slight bending of the paper at the edges with a tiny bit of wear. Nothing major.
