An early 1900's French leather box. Probably intented to hold a small cup and spoon at one time. Outside brown leather with gold stenciling around the top edge and motifs in each corner. Inside bottom red ribbed velvet liner with red silk liner top Metal latch closure.

Other than giving the box a dusting left in "as found" condition.
Some light wear at the edges and corners top and sides as well as the bottom. Closure is in good working order and closes tightly.
