We've carefully hand stitched this 19th century French cotton fabric sample to a hand written 19th century French letter. 
 
The fabric is repeating roll print of blossoms and leaves in shades of light to dark pin with leaves in green. All against a light tan background. Actually three pieces of the same fabric that have been hand stitched together.

Fabric is in good condition with consistant colors and no damage but does show some lines from being quilted at one time.
