Decorative vintage French commemorative ribbon. Red white and blue in color. Although the red looks like a dark pink. Probably dates from the early to mid 1900's.
Top half decorated with metal spangles in silver and one purple center.
Bottom half has the date 1927, metal spangles in shades of pink, the letters RF and three silver metallic tassels at the bottom.
