Early 1900's French jewely box. Covered in an olive green sil velvet. Brass fittings on the top, at the corners bottom and sits on brass feet. 
 
Inside is lined with a matching sateen fabric. 
 
Lid and bottom of the box are attached with metal hinges and the lid and bottom close evenly.

Overall good condition with a good appearance 
 
The velvet is time worn with missing pile and rub here and there. 
 
At one end of the brass fitting on top has come loose and would need to be tacked down. 
 
There was probably a latch at one time. The pin for the latch is present but the latch is missing.
