A very pretty late 1800's/early 1900's what I believe to be is a neck tie. At each scalloped end hand embroidered florals and leaves in a silk thread on an off white cotton ground. The sides have been rolled under and hand stitched.
Photos are a good indication of actual color and condition.

1 meter 9 cm in length x 11.5 cm wide.
Condition
Left in "as found" condition.
Colors of the embroidery are good, strong and intact. No holes or damage but you will see soiling and light stains.
