Just in time for summer!
 
This lovely French white cotton blouse. Lovely cutwork of blossoms and circles around the yoke. Scalloped edge and cutwork around the neckline with the same work repeated at the end of the sleaves. Buttons to close with small mother of pearl buttons that go halfway down the front.  Probably dates from the 1920's/30's. Monogram "AG." All hand embroidered and hand done seams. Photos are a good represenation of actual color.

42 cm from shouldner to should x 62.5 cm from top of neckline to bottom of front. 
 
From under arm to under arm 57 cm across.
 
Condition
 
Very good condition overall with a good appearance. A little break in the scalloped edge at the back of the neckline but can easily be stitched shut. One small split on the front upper left hand side. The fabric at the back must have split at one time and a very decorative repair has been made.
 
The blouse had already been laundered when I purchased it so I have left it in "as found" condition. You may want to give it a light wash to freshen but has a very clean appearance.
