A 19th century French silk ikat panel. Saved from an old chasuble. Ikat look with stylized florals and leaves down the center of the panel. Colors are shades of red to pink, shades of green, shades of aubergine. Background color is light pink.

*actually three pieces hand stitched together. One larger piece. A small piece at the top and a narrow strip along the curved edge.
Condition
Most of the panel in good condition but a small break towards the bottom and several holes around the top area. Some slight dissapearance of metallic thread due to age but nothing major. Slight variations in color due to age. The areas without damage are still in good useable condition.
