A hand made cuff by Vasile Merce. Brass base covered front and underside with an a 19th century French blue & white cotton ikate.  Adjustable so will fit any size.
 
Embellished with antique silver metal rounds throughout, A scattered design in the background done in a thick silver metallic thread. 
 
 Edges have been finished off with a vintage French silver metallic twist rope cording. Fabrics front and back all hand stitched together and all embroidery work and embellishements hand done. 
 
Your cuff displayed nicely in this sturdy black jewlery box with it's black velvet lining.

Vasile Merce is Romanian born and first emigrated to Holland when he started working with Eurodecor, He has developed a great love for antique textiles and a deep appreciation for embroideries. He now resides in Avignon, France.

Condition
 
All materials used in making the cuff are in good condition. Antique pieces have been stabilized if necessary to insure that the cuff will maintain it's beauty for years to come.
