An extraordinary piece of early 1900's hand made beadwork. French in origin. Probably part of a dress at one time. All done with small glass bugle beads and gold metallic thread on a black chiffon backing. The beadwork is made up of three sections with two full repeats and a different design at the point end. This piece has some weight to it.
Perfect for period pieces or upscaling.

2 meters 43 cm in length
The width is same throughout except where the beadwork tapers at one end and measures
23.5 cm wide at widest points.
Condition
Other than missing a few beads right at the edge in a few spots excellent condition with no missing beads in the motifs and no breaks in the backing.
