A mid 1900's Dutch child's skirt for a boy. Part of the traditional dress costumes worn at the time. Finely woven black fabric which has been heavily hand pleated along the top side. Hook and eye closure at the back. A woven band along the bottom edges. Plaid cotton liner on the inside along the top half.
