A child's French quilt dating from the early 1800's. Printed indiene design of small florals and leaves in red, pink laveder and blue against a creme colored background. At the back and printed fabric of tiny florals and leaves doen in shades of green and white. This may have been part of a much larger quilt at one time and this piece was saved and turned into a smaller quilt. The linen trim around the sides appears to be a later addition and probably dates from the late 1800's. Photos are a good representation of actual color and condition.

Overall very good. You will see a couple of tiny breaks in the fabric on the front and a bit of soiling due to age but nothing major. Back fabric in go. No obvious stains. Could use a freshing up. 
 
The quilt has been left in "as found" condition and has not been laundered.
