Based on the width I believe this is an early 1900's Dutch block/resist dye cotton print. Depicting small florals and leaves in off white against a dark purple background. Medium weight cotton. Photos are a good represenation of actual color.

Condition
 
Excellent unused condition. 
 
The fabric has been left in "as found" condition. You may want to give it a quick soak to freshen it up.
