Antique Dutch cotton bonnet. Dutch in origin. This bonnet is several pieces of the same chintz fabric that have been pieced together. Wool and silk trim lines the sides. Hand stitched. Original liner. Small piece of 1700's chintz at the back bottom of the bonet. Photos are a good representation of actual color and condition.
Measurements
From top front to back bottom 20 cm x 16 cm from side to side along the bottom.
Condition
Used but still in good condition. The only thing to note is that you will see a couple of age spots on the liner of the bonnet.
