Early 1900's French chanvre linen sack. Natural linen color. Thick weave. All seams and hems hand stitched. Strong material and perfectly suited for upholstery projects and soft furnishings.

Left in as found condition and not laundered.
 
One patch towards the bottom and one old darned repair towards the top. A bit grubby towards the top area with a darkish mark by the tie. 
 
The sack has a relatively clean appearance but could use a wash to freshen up.
