Early 1900's French cotton under garment pant. 
 
At the front light creme top with three mother of pearl buttons for closing. Legs are beige in color. Cross stitch monogram LB in red letters. 
 
At the back a strap with the same mother of pearl button closures.

Condition
 
Left in "as found" condiition. The garment is in good condition except for some old darned repairs in the crotch. All buttons present.
