Early 1900's French cotton under garment pant. 
 
At the front light creme top with mother of pearl buttons for closing. Legs are  beige in color. Cross stitch monogram LB in red.
 
At the back two a strap at the waste with mother of pearl button closures.

Left in "as found" condiition.
 
You will see several small holes here and there throughout, old darned repairs in legs as well as the croctch. Some light age spots in and around the waist. One button missing from the front. 
 
The garment has been in storage for many years and could use a good soak to freshen and remove dust. No obvious stains.
