An early 1900's French cotton toile du jouy. Shades of red and white in color. Repeating motifs of cherubs holding a strand of small floras, with large motifs of scrolled leaves, draped florals and rings of blossoms.

84 cm (still has selvage at both sides. At one side complete selvage at the other side (which is uneven) selvage can be seen for 1 meter 45 cm of the fabric
Towards the top of the fabric width narrows to 65 cm
Condition
Left in "as found" condition and has a very clean appearance but could use a freshening up.
An old repear at the top edge. Part of the right hand side is uneven and missing a strip. Noticed for smaller holes and a few tiny pinholes but most of the fabric in very good condition and full useable motifs. No stains. Colors are good and strong.
