An early 1900's Japanese robe. Cotton. Predominantly all the same fabric in a dark indigo blue and white stripe. Several pieces that have all been hand stitched together. A combination of solids, stripes and patterns of indigo used on the inside. Ends of the sleeves show a patched patter of indigo blue and white.  Nice weight and flow

Condition
 
Overall great appearance and in good condition. Patches and repairs can be seen front and back. Small distressed areas.  Some slight variations in color due to age and use but nothing I find distracting. The stitching at both under arms has come loose. 
 
Good clean look with no obvious stains.
