An early 1900's dress piece. I believe it was intended to be worn around the wait. Base is a beige tulled with hundreds of hand embellished white milk glass beads. Around the sides a silk fantasy reibbons with groups of roses and stylized ribbon. There is a hook and eye and metal button closure at the side At the top and around the wait the tulle has been hand sittched in a few places to create a pleated look.

Excellent condition on both the tulle and the silk ribbons. No damage or missing beads. Silk ribbons strong.

Good condition for the most part and the silks are strong without stains or discoloration. Most pieces except to have been unused except for the rectangular white piece. You will see some light folds. I haven't ironed the silks. Best suited for small projects.
