I believe this medium weight cotton fabric probably dates from the early to mid 1900's. Depicting two birds center with stylized florals and leaves to the sides. 
 
Colors are shades of blue, red and mustard with a creme colored background.

Condition
 
Very good condition with only 3 tiny pinholes whiich can only be seen when the fabric is held up to the light. 
 
The fabric has been given a long cold water soak and a long old water wash using those famouse Marseille soaps without bleaching agents to remove dust and dirt.
