A hand made cuff by Vasile Merce. Brass base covered on the front and inside with Fortuny "Carnavalet" fabric.  Adjustable so will fit any size.
 
Garnished with rows of vintage abalone buttons that have been applied with vintage French silver metallic purl threads. The same threads hqve been added here and there between the buttons. The sides have been finished off with a vintage French silver metallic twist rope cording. All hand made and hand embroidered. 
 
Your cuff displayed nicely in this sturdy black jewlery box with it's black velvet lining.

Vasile Merce is Romanian born and first emigrated to Holland when he started working with Eurodecor, He has developed a great love for antique textiles and a deep appreciation for embroideries. He now resides in Avignon, France.

Condition
 
All materials used in making the cuff are in good condition. Antique pieces have been stabilized if necessary to insure that the cuff will maintain it's beauty for years to come.
