Circa 1900 this French gentlemens vest. Wool. Black front and black. Striped cotton liner machine stitched.  Still has it's all it's original plastic buttons. Buckle at back.

37 cm from one side of shoulder to other side of shoulder
44 cm from under arm to under arm. 
 
Condition
 
Left in "as found" condition. 
 
Good condition , I didn't find any holes in the fabric. 
 
The vest has been in stoarage for awhile so you may want to give it a drycleaning to freshen.
