Probably dating from the 1920's this French oil painting. Depicts a tree in the foreground along the banks of the sea in the background. No signature. Paint has been heavily applied and has a somewhat impressionistic look to it. What I love about the painting is that the artist has really captured the look and feel of the Provence. 
 
Done on particle board. Unframed.
 
Photos are a good representation of actual color and condition.

Overall good condition with a good appearance. You can see that there is a small split in the particle border at the bottom edge. Painting is a bit dusty from being in storage.
