Gorgeous sky blue color in this vintage French ribbon. I believe it is a polished cotton. I did a burn test on it. It doesn't melt and smells like paper when burned. Ribbon has a beautiful sheen to it and a nice weave which picks up the light nicely when worked. Perfect for ribbon work projects, costumes, restoration work. Threads are good and strong.  Has a nice weight and flow. Photos are a good representation of actual color and condition.
