Beautiful quality and probably a very expensive interior design fabric: Depicting florals and leaves. Probably along the lines of Pierre Frey/Bracquenie. Base material probably a cotton/silk mix with high metal content silver metallic thread accents woven into some of the motifs.

Used but still in excellent condition: The panel was probably used as a valance at one time. At the back along one side of the length you can see a linen strip for hanging hooks. Sewing lines for the strip travel down one side of the front and along both sides. Botton edge is unfinished.
 
Fabric is good and strong. Colors are strong and even. No stains. No damage.
