A late 1700's early 1800's French siamoise quilt fragment. 
 
Front fabric a siamoise block print of various florals and leaves including tulips. Colors are light creme with a madder red background. 
 
Back fabric is an emerald green silk. 
 
It appears that the siamoise if a full repeat design; If you look at each side of the fabric you can see that the motifs begin to repeat.

Left in "as found" condition. 
 
The siamoise fabric appears to be in very good condition but does show signs of soiling. A good soaking should lift soiling. No obvious stains. Colors are even. 
 
The back sik fabric is shattered and distressed.
