Late 1800's early 1900's French bodice. Appears to be silk with a brown cotton liner. Black netted cotton lace and black passementerie trim at the ends of the sleeves, around the neck and half way down the front. 
 
Would close down the front with buttons.

Condition
 
Some splits in the fabric at the front. The bodice appears to be incomplete and bottom edge not finished off. Buttons are missing. So a good display piece or upscaling. 
 
On the inside you can see some wear to the liner and some small breaks in in and around the neckline.
