We've made this lavender sachet using an early 1900's French cotton toile du jouy. Depicts a scene of a mother surrounded by her childeren on a terrace with oolumns and trees and florals in the background. The toile is in shades of violet/lavender with a creme  background.   At the top and bottom front  a 19th century vegetable dyed cotton covered with a dark silver metallic lace which compliments the toile fabric for a rich look. Backing is the same cotton.  At the top a French silk ribbon so the sachet can be hung. 
 
The sachet is tightly stuffed with lavender so it will hold it's shape for years to come.
