Gorgeous look and feel to this early 1900's French panne velvet. Cottton. Red in color. Short flat pile. Nice quality and weight. Suitable for upholstery projects as well as soft furnishings.

Left in "as found" condition. Unused condition. 
 
For the most part in good condition for the first two meters of the velvet. Last meter shows some lines and areas of missing pile.
