Large antique metal work applique. French in origin. Dates from the mid 1800s. Saved from an old vestment. Depicts a bunch of grapes center with a blossom at one side surrounded by scrolled leaves. Metal threads were gold at one time but have now taken on a dark gun metal grey patina.The photos are a good representation of actual color.

60 cm x 17.5 cm wide at the widest points
Condition
Good condition for age. The only thing to note is that you will see some missing domes from the grape and some light surface wear to the metal threads.
