A large piece of striped cotton French fabric. Dating from the late or early 1900's. Medium weight. One used for the backing of a French quilt. Colors are salmon, greenish blues and dark creme. 
 
Photos are a good indication of actual color and condition.

Condition
 
Overall good useable condition with one larger hole at one sides and a some tiny holes. The fabric does have seveal stains through light and a few smaller dark stains. In addition you will see light traces of quilt lines throughout. 
 
The fabric has been given a cold water soak to remove dust and dirst and then a light light laundering using those famous Marseille soaps without bleaching agents. 
 
It is our aim to preserve and protect the orginal colors of the fabric since many of our fabrics are being currently reproduced.
