Pretty design in this mid 1800's French block print fabric. Cotton. Exotic looking florals and leaves in red, pink, sky blue and aubergine against a white background.

*This piece has two small pieces sewn into the top of the fabric and one narrow strip sewn into the side without the selvage. 
 
Condition
 
Quilted at one time so you will see quilt lines. 
 
One small stain towards the bottom of the fabric. Light small stain at the side without selvage. Some small holes in and around the center and down towards the bottom Best suited for small project. 
 
 Colors are good and consistant for the most part. 
 
The fabric has been given a very long cold water soak to remove dust and dirt and then a gentle wash in cold water with those famous Marseille soaps without bleaching agents. 
 
It is our aim to deliver and clean and pressed product when possible but take great care to preserve the original color and the integretity of the fabric.
