Large lot of 13 small French cotton quilt fragments. Mostly dating from the late 1800's with maybe two pieces dating from the early 1900's. All have fabrics front and back. 
 
Colors and condition are well depicted in the photos.

Condition

All in good condition except for two piece. One cambersine piece with is frayed at the front and small holes the back. One small red piece with has some damage on the front. 
 
Colors good and strong.
 
The fabric has been given a cold water soak to remove dust and dirst and then a light light laundering using those famous Marseille soaps without bleaching agents. 
 
It is our aim to preserve and protect the orginal colors of the fabric since many of our fabrics are being currently reproduced.
