A panel of 19th century silk brocatelle fabric. French in orgin. This example has a beautiful mossy green color tone on tone with the background sligtly lighter shade of green and the large floral and leaf pattern in a darker green. The fabric is medium weight and suitable for soft furnishings as welll as upholstery work.

Condition
 
Used but still in good condition overall. Colors are consistant. No stains. There are some splits and wear at the bottom edge so you may loose 6.5 cm off the bottom. There is a wide sewing line down one side 4.5 cm in from the selvage. The fabric has been in storage for a long time so it could use a freshing up.
