Probably dating from the early 1900's this French velvet panel. Cotton. Deep dark royal purple in color.  Repeating rectangle design in a bit of pink and purple done in a silk thread. Suitable for soft furnishings as well as upholstery projects. 
 
Still has an original paper label at the back.
