All hand stitched this early 1900's French costume gilet. Made from a gold ribbed silk with an antique gold metallic trim that travels down both sides of the open and along the bottom edges. Four metal buttons. Glazed cotton liner and back. Metal buckle. Hand written name and number at the top of the neck inside. Possibly the name of the actor.

Very good condition with no damage. Colors are good and even. A couple of very light marks in a few places and under arms which would probably come up with a professional clean. Nothing major or distractly.
