Stunning color combination and motifs in the early to mid 20th century silk brocade shawl. Purchased in France but possibly Middle Eastern 
 
Good weight silk base in a jeweled orange color. Large center motifs of a stylized blossoms and leaves. Motifs of a mosque at each corner with geometric medallions in between. Around the outer edges bands of stylized florals and leaves. Motis are done in a marigold and light grey thread.

Condiion
 
Left in as found condition.
 
Excellent condition with no damage or missing thread. Colors arre strong and even. Fringes a bit of a tangle but should straighten out failry easy with a light steam.
