Two pieces of this 19th century French cotton print fabric Large stylized floral and leaf design with somewhat abstract ikat looking leaves in the background. Colors and a natural red, brown and mustard against a light beige background.

Measurements

Each piece measures 
 
40 x 40 cm and 
36 x 37 cm 
 
*please note each piece has a seam in it. Smaller strips have been sewn along the side on each piece. Selvage can be seen at the seams. 

Condition
 
Fabrics were quilted at ne time so you will see light traces of quilt lines. One piece is in good condition without damage. The other piece has two small holes next to each by the seam. Colors are good and strong. No stains. 
 
The fabric has been given a cold water soak to remove dust and dirst and then a light light laundering using those famous Marseille soaps without bleaching agents. 
 
It is our aim to preserve and protect the orginal colors of the fabric since many of our fabrics are being currently reproduced.
