Very distressed 19th century French cotton print fabric. Large motifs of florals on leafy branches. 
 
Colors are light pink with a red bacground. 
 
Full repeat but missing pieces.

*actually two pieces of the same fabric almost equal in size that have been hand seamed together with the seam running from top to bottom. Original selvage can be seen at the seam. 
 
Condition
 
Very distressed with large and small holes throughout as well as thin areas throughout. Colors vary due to age and use but have a consistant look. No stains. 
 
The fabric has been given a long cold water soak to removed dust and dirt using those famous Marseille soaps without bleaching agents. 
 
It is our aim to preserve the color and the integrety of the fabrci since many of our fabrics are being reproduced.
