An early 1900's jewelry box. Faux leather appearance on the outside with a gold embossed line around the top edges. Same embossing on the inside edges top and bottom. Brass button closure.
 
Inside covered with velvet on the bottom and a blue sateen fabric on the top. Stamped name on the inside "Chabrier,  St. Etienne.
