Vintage wooden spool of silver metallic round thread. French in origin. Very strong thread which does not break easily. Intended for hand sewing only. Nice quality. Photos are a good representation of actual color.
Measurements
Spool is just under half full. Many many meters of thread still left on the spool. Probably at least 30 meters.
Spool measures 7.7 cm from top to bottom x 3 cm across the bottom.
The thread is half of 1 mm wide.

Old stock. Excellent unused condition.
